二、About the Program

Start-up visa program targets potential business people who have an innovative business idea and his/her ideas is supported by the “Designated Organization”. Once you got the Letter of Support from the “Designated Organization”, you can submit your application for permanent resident to Canada.

关于项目

加拿大创业投资签证计划的目标是有创新商业理念的潜在商业人士，他的/她的想法得到“指定组织”的支持。一旦你收到“指定组织”的支持信，你就可以向加拿大提交永久居民申请。

三、Eligibility Requirements for Applicants

申请人的资格要求

Get a Letter of Support from one of the designated organizations
100% ownership the start-up business, hold at least 10 percent of the voting shares in the business, or the designated organization which support your business and you must jointly hold more than 50 percent of the voting shares in the business.
Must score at least 5 points of overall band score from IELTS
Have a sufficient settlement fund.

1、从一个指定的组织那里得到一封支持信

四、Procedures  流程

Review of documentation → Submit your resume and business idea to the “Designated Organization” → Received Letter of Support from the “Designated Organization” → Prepare and submit the Federal application to Canada Immigration → Application being processed → Result of application

审查文件→向“指定机构”提交简历和商业想法→收到“指定机构”的支持信→准备并向加拿大移民局提交联邦申请→正在处理申请→申请结果
